NEW COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE, INC. (THE "ORGANIZATION") WAS INCORPORATED IN THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY IN 1983 TO OVERSEE THE OPERATIONS OF A 180-BED EXTENDED HEALTH CARE FACILITY LOCATED IN NEWARK, NEW JERSEY, AND BEGAN OPERATIONS IN JANUARY 1986.
