Founded in 1979, HACIA is a champion for equity in the construction industry HACIA PROMOTES LEADERSHIP, ETHICAL PRACTICES, QUALITY AND INTEGRITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY THROUGH EXAMPLE, TRAINING AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT. HACIA PROVIDES A FORUM TO IMPROVE BUSIESS CONDITIONS FOR ITS MEMBERS.
