CAAASA is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit that is committed to addressing the critical issues in education The California Association of African-American Superintendents and Administrators (CAAASA), an educational equity and advocacy organization, works through collaboration, network-building, and direct community engagement to promote the success of African American, Latinx, and other underserved California K-12 public school students and families. CAAASA is led by African American educators and focuses on systems improvements for African American students and their families as the foundation on which equity, prosperity, and health will be achieved for all students.
