Regenerating Our Offspring Through Stories is a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization. Our mission is to use the art of storytelling to promote literacy. ROOTS, Inc. uses the art of storytelling to promote literacy in schools, after school programs, community centers, museums and non traditional settings. Our mission is “to use the art of storytelling to promote literacy in order to reach the various types of learning in a multicultural society. Theater, folklore, music and song is used as its mode of communication.”
