Challenge America is a national nonprofit organization that connects service members, veterans, and Challenge America's mission is to empower veterans, military families, and their communities to overcome the most difficult challenges of service and the return home. We define empowerment as the capacity of individuals and communities to take control of their circumstances. At Challenge America, we not only help people gain the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their own goals, we also offer them meaningful opportunities to exercise this power, both individually and collectively. Community, knowledge, and opportunity. This is our strategic formula for enriching the lives of service members, veterans, and their families, helping to ensure they live the lives they earned and deserve.
