True North Treks is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young adult cancer survivors by connecting with nature, other survivors, and oneself. We help the people we serve get connected to powerful and unique skills, tools, experiences, and resources that can enable them to live healthier, happier and more meaningful lives as fully functioning human beings who actively create and contribute to the world.
