We are pleased to announce that Brandon Heinrich has been selected as Livengrin’s Employee and Shining Star of the Month for April. Brandon serves as a counselor at our Lehigh Valley office, and although he has been with Livengrin for only four months, he has quickly made a significant impact. Brandon brings a high level of professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to his role, contributing to the success of our Lehigh Valley team. Since joining, he has enhanced client engagement and helped elevate the quality and consistency of our daytime program. His approach is client-centered, strength-based, and always rooted in compassion and teamwork. During a recent DDAP audit of the Lehigh Valley site, the surveyor specifically recognized Brandon’s excellent documentation and his ability to effectively engage clients during group sessions. In addition, client feedback consistently highlights his genuine, patient, and empathetic nature. Brandon is an asset to the Livengrin community.
