The Elizabeth Lulu Scholarship Foundation Primary Menu The Scholarship Like us on Facebook by clicking here The Elizabeth Lulu Scholarship Foundation was founded in 2006 after Elizabeth Lulu passed away at age 13 due to complications from Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis is the number one genetic killer of children in the United States. Another unfortunate result of the disease is that children with CF often abandon their education believing that the disease will end their lives before adulthood rendering education unnecessary. This foundation grew out of the realization that many teens with Cystic Fibrosis need extra incentives to continue a course of education.
