Cystic Fibrosis is the number one genetic killer of children in the United States. Another unfortunate result of the disease is that children with CF often abandon their education believing that the disease will end their lives before adulthood rendering education unnecessary. This foundation grew out of the realization that many teens with Cystic Fibrosis need extra incentives to continue a course of education.
