Third-grade teacher Sarina Layton came up with a creative and fun way to encourage her students during their Star Assessments earlier this month. “She challenged them by allowing them to ‘tattoo’ her as a reward for their achievements,” explained Kelly Addessi, administrative assistant. “This engaging and playful approach has made learning even more exciting for her class.” More than 400 temporary tattoos later, the mission was declared a success.
