Welcome back SIRENS! My god am I excited to see you and get back on the water! If you are interested in joining us for a totally chill paddle this season…read on. PRACTICE BASICS: When: Starting this Sunday, June 2nd, we will be paddling every Sunday from 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM with plans to expand to 12:30 PM as we progress. Where: 1510 S Harbor Way South Waterfront Park by the Flag Poles How: Anticipated attendance to practices will be monitored via Team Snap. You must have a Team Snap account and be part of our Team Roster to receive updates regarding practices times and events. I can send you an invite to join our Sirens Team Snap account if you send me your email address. Utilizing Team Snap, indicate all practices you will be attending; you can make changes at any time. I will send out a group text every Sunday at 8:30 AM confirming whether we are a GO / NO GO for practice that day. NEW PADDLERS: There are loner paddles and PFDs down on the dock where we load up on the boat. Wear clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, your feet (and whatever shoe you are wearing) may also get very wet. Most of us have not done this in a long time; you’re gonna be great. SEASON BASICS: There are 13 Sundays to paddle, for the low low price of $50 you can paddle as much or as little as you like and have capacity for. To participate this season, just settle up with our Treasury Team to pay via multiple convenient avenues. Season goals this year are centered around building community and strength. We welcome all past SIRENS to join us and invite your closest friends who may need a bit more of both in their lives right now. This is a no drama social season with people who are looking to show up for themselves and our Team this year. (fb)
The Sirens are calling! We’re back on the water in June. Let us know if your ears are ringing and you gotta answer. (fb)
