When it comes to nursing excellence, she is top of the charts!🎵 Annmarie Wangenstein, BSN, RN, C-EFM has been an RN for more than three decades. Earlier in her career, she worked at WMCHealth's Good Samaritan Hospital as a registered nurse and advanced her career as a nurse manager there. In 2019, she joined Westchester Medical Center as a nurse manager for Labor & Delivery and High-Risk OB. Now, she's the Director of Nursing and Perinatal services. Annmarie has been described by her colleagues as "supportive, resilient, trustworthy, empowering, compassionate, passionate, accountable, humble, motivated, innovative, disciplined, decisive, and emotionally intelligent." She's taken the initiative on many occasions to improve patient care, and she makes her team feel good about their accomplishments, mentoring others in the workplace.
