Fareham Nomads Home Welcome to Fareham Nomads Swimming Club Fareham Nomads Swimming Clubwas formed in 1974 in the daysbefore Fareham had its own publicswimming pool. Inspired bythelackof a home pool the club took its name from its nomadic existenceusing various pools throughout the area for training until 1980whenFareham Leisure Centre was first opened. Since then the club has grown considerably and has had a membershipof as many as 250 children andyoung adults. We currently have around195swimmers but are actively looking to increase that number.
