Havering Mind provides support and guidance to empower those experiencing mental health difficulties, to live a full and rewarding life. Mind in Havering, Barking and Dagenham is a local charity that provides support and guidance to empower those experiencing mental health problems Havering Mind provides a range of services that pro-actively support and educate people about mental health in its local community. It aims to support individuals in their recovery and promote social inclusion. Raising awareness to reduce stigma around mental health is also a key activity. We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets both support and respect.
