Over the course of four exciting weeks, participants will build their painting skills, develop their creative voice, and collaborate on a full-scale community mural. 🖌️ Week 1: Collaboration & Experimentation at CMCArts We’ll kick things off with fun and interactive creative exercises to warm up our sketching and painting skills. As a group, we’ll brainstorm and design the concept for our collaborative mural. 🎨 Week 2: Personal Projects at CMCArts This week is all about exploration and self-expression. Each participant will create a small personal canvas painting, helping us build confidence and artistic style before we unite on the mural. 📐 Week 3: Mural Design & Prep at Mural Site Time to go big! We’ll dive into the logistics of mural-making—learning how to scale, sketch, and prep the wall. Then, we’ll begin laying down base colors for our collaborative masterpiece. 🌈 Week 4: Mural Creation & Reveal at Mural Site The final stretch! We’ll work together to bring our mural to life, combining everyone's talents and energy. We’ll wrap up with a celebratory mural reveal to showcase the amazing work we’ve created as a team.
