The International Biomedical Alliance is a non-profit organization supporting the NIH-Oxford-Cambridge Scholars Program Established in 2005 as a public-private partnership, The Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization comprised of a group of dedicated private citizens with the shared aim of training a new generation of top biomedical researchers.
