Empowering Communities Empowering Communities Who We Are Pul Alliance for Digital Health and Equity Pul Alliance DHE is a nonprofit 501c3 that serves partner humanitarian organizations worldwide with capacity and capabilitybuilding with a focus on digital health workforce development impact assessment and resource mobilization. According to the World Health Organization half of the worlds 8 billion people still cannot access essential health services. Even for those who can the costs are often cripplingly high. NGOs delivering health and humanitarian aid to underserved vulnerable populations often lack capacity and capability to embrace digital transformation and strategically deepen and broaden their reach and impact.
