Filthy Rags Outreach™ is a 501c3 non-profit aimed at gang prevention & intervention & reducing gun & gang violence. We aim to educate the public and those who may not be familiar with the struggles of those desiring to break free from the addictions of the street and gang lifestyles, and provide insight about the pitfalls and how so many get stuck in this cycle.
