State Board of Elections the legal challenge by Jefferson Griffin to votes in the state supreme court race. The three judge panel gave attorneys on both sides more than the allotted time and all were activ. Business Court Should Throw Out Towns Climate Crisis Lawsuit Duke Energy asked the North Carolina Business Court to throw out the Town of Carrboros lawsuit blaming the utility company for promoting climate change.
