TO SERVE OUR MEMBER HEALTH PLANS BY CREATING AND SUSTAINING AN ENVIRONMENT THAT PERMITS THEM TO MAINTAIN VIABILITY AND GROW AS ORGANIZATIONS DEDICATED TO COORDINATING OR PROVIDING HIGH QUALITY, AFFORDABLE, ACCESSIBLE HEALTH CARE TO THEIR MEMBERS.
