🌸🎉 Yesterday, LA Family Housing came together to celebrate the vibrant cultures of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month! 💫   Our staff enjoyed a delicious spread featuring chicken katsu, japchae, and even learned how to make their own spam musubi! This week at our Encinitas Interim Housing site, residents received free haircuts just in time for summer! Thanks to our amazing friends at @playhairlounge, the day was filled with pampering, fresh new styles, big smiles, and even a few happy tears. Moments like these remind us how something as simple as a haircut can boost confidence, restore dignity, and offer a sense of normalcy while transitioning out of homelessness.
