Community Culinary School of Charlotte
Founded in 1997, the CCSC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Community Culinary School of Charlotte (CCSC) provides Workforce Development training and job placement assistance for adults who face barriers to long-term successful employment. Our vision is to transform the lives of our students and their families and positively impact our community. We provide paths to careers in the food service industry for adults whose barriers include: lack of skills, incarceration, addiction, homelessness, and Veterans' re-integration issues. CCSC's overarching program goal is for graduates to move from dependency to self-sufficiency through stable employment.

June 2nd Special • Meatloaf Monday - Student prepared traditional style meatloaf, served with creamy mashed potatoes, stewed green beans, then topped with a hearty mushroom gravy Sandwiches • The Mecklenburger -Char-grilled *6oz beef patty, finished with a Cheerwine glaze, melted white American cheese, topped with pimento cheese aioli and tobacco onions. Served on a toasted brioche bun with sweet potato fries • Honey Hot Catfish - Lightly fried catfish, tossed in a mild buffalo sauce with a touch of honey, and creamy radish Cole slaw. Served on a toasted hoagie roll with fries • Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwich - Brined char-grilled chicken, pulled off the bone then tossed in our CCSC citrus BBQ sauce with melted provolone.
