Linking Education Economic Development Strategies Bay Area LEEDS Preparing the Future Workforce Developing Tomorrows STEM Workforce We dont know what tomorrows jobs will be but we do know that our future depends on a strong workforce and todays schools need to prepare students to be part of it. Our region needs students who are prepared for the modern economy and teachers who are knowledgeable about the greater East Bays workforce and talent needs. Bay Area LEEDS Linking Education and Economic Development Strategies is dedicated to developing and supporting sustained collaboration among business labor government K12 and postsecondary education and training institutions to strengthen the regional economy. Bay Area LEEDS provides a platform for employers and educators to collaborate to ensure that graduates have the right experiences and skill sets to support local industrys talent pipeline needs into the future.
