Lower 48 Woodshop Lower 48 Turning People into Turning People Turning a chunk of wood into something useful beautiful or new feels amazing. Here at Lower 48 we believe everyone should have the chance to experience that feeling. The reality is that classes and equipment are not always in reach for everyone. With this in mind Lower 48 was founded on the idea of building a space to welcome more people to the art of woodworking especially women BIPOC and LGBTQIA folks.
