Services

Lehualani Center offers a range of services, including:

  • Counseling Services: Personalized and collaborative counseling for adults, adolescents, children, and couples. Expertise includes depression, anxiety, eating disorders, grief, loss, identity concerns, adult learning disabilities, and ADHD.
  • Play Therapy: Utilizes Child and Adolescent Gestalt Play Therapy, providing a safe space for children and families to address behavioral problems, peer relationships, and learning disabilities.
  • Workshops and Retreats: Conducts various workshops, retreats, and training sessions focused on Hawaiian Energetics and other therapeutic techniques.
  • Hawaiian Energetics Treatments: Incorporates ancient Hawaiian wisdom and energy healing practices to provide physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual renewal.

Leadership

The center is led by Dr. Sarah Kawahinekōmakaninani Williams, Psy.D., a licensed clinical psychologist. Dr. Williams is EMDR certified and specializes in Hawaiian Energetics and Cranial Sacral Therapy. She has extensive experience working with trauma and has presented at conferences across North America.

These groups are a way to decompress and desensitize your experience.
