HOPE South Florida Join this HOPEfilled community to keep families together and provide compassionate care as we work to guide and equip families and individuals facing homelessness in Broward County. Since 1995 HOPE South Florida has been helping people in need access a path to holistic lifechange. As a faithforward nonprofit our vision is to end homelessness through communities that empower atrisk families to become resilient and independent. We are happy to share that we are partnering with LifeNet4Families to continue our physical services for our guests.
