To provide a positive adoption experience as well as training and educational resources and to encourage responsible ownership.We represent primarily Carbon and Schuylkill Counties in Pennsylvania, but extend into Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Luzerne, Lackawanna, Berks, Bucks, Philadelphia, and parts of New Jersey.
