SAFE AND REGULATED OUR MISSION The Nevada Cannabis Association formerly the Nevada Dispensary Association is dedicated to developing and promoting best practices among Nevada cannabis businesses as well as supporting the efforts of cannabis establishments to provide high quality safe cannabis to Nevadas consumers. advocacy The NCA successfully sponsored and supported several bills across the finish line in the 82nd Legislative Session. These bills will have longlasting positive impacts on industry operators. These wins came from the intentional and coordinated efforts of the NCA to identify the most significant issues facing the industry and align all licensees around supporting efforts to change those policies.
