The Citizens Scholarship Foundation of Stafford Springs uses need as the primary consideration for the awarding of scholarships. Although students who do not demonstrate need through our formula shown below will not be considered for an award from our chapter you may qualify for a scholarship from our national partner Dollars for Scholars.
