A union representing over 2000 women and men in the utility and electrical industry across the state THE BUILDING CORPORATION IS A SUBORDINATE ORGANIZATION OF THE IBEW AND WAS ESTABLISHED TO CONSTRUCT A BUILDING THAT WOULD HOUSE THE IBEW LOCAL UNION 304 AND ALSO RENT SPACE TO THE OTHER ENTITIES AND USE THE PROCEEDS TO PAY EXPENSES AND INTEREST FOR THE BUILDING.
