Mental Fitness is a South Fulton based After School program specializing in STEAM workshops, 21st C It is the mission of Mental Fitness ASP to provide students, parents and the community of the Metropolitan Atlanta area access to authentic 21st Century Learning enrichment in an after-school environment as well as during our in-school workshops.
