The Plan has as its principal activities the collection and investment of funds received from electrical contractors for the purpose of providing medical and other benefits under the terms of a three-year collective bargaining agreement between participating employers and Local Union No 3 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Contractors, AFL-CIO.

Additional Security Benefits Plan of the Electrical Industry

Payments of additional security benefits to eligible members of the electrical industry Local Union No 3 members.

Legal Services Fund of the Electrical Industry

The Plan has as its principal activities the collection and investment of funds received from electrical contractors for the purpose of providing legal services benefits to eligible members of the electrical industry under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement and the related Agreement and Working Rules between Local Union No 3 of the IBEW, AFL-CIO and the electrical contractors' associations and independent electrical contractors.

Hospitalization Trust Fund of the Electrical Manufacturing Industry

The Plan has as its principal activities the collection and investment of funds received from electrical and independent employers for the purpose of providing medical and other benefits under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement between Local Union No.

Electrical Employers Self Insurance Safety Plan

To provide statutory and collectively bargained workers' compensation and disability benefits to members of Local Union No.
