MEHS is a NO-KILL, non-profit animal rescue with facilities in Edwardsville and Highland, IL Since 1986, services at MEHS have been dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals, the relief of suffering among animals, the provision of appropriate care and medical attention to and disposition of animals committed to its care, the extension of humane education, and the encouragement of animal population control.

Rescue, rehabilitating and re- homing dogs in need of a second chance Dog rescue located in Winters, California We rescue dogs from rural and under-sourced shelters that do not have adequate medical support, staff or facilities and few potential adopters coming to the shelter.
