CASA of the South Plains empowers community members to serve as volunteer Advocates that speak up for the well-being of children in the foster care system.

CASA strives to seek safety and permanency as quickly as possible for children in the foster care system utilizing trained volunteer advocates who, as the eyes and ears of the court, investigate the circumstances of a child's family and make informed, objective recommendations to the juvenile judge as to what is in the best interest of the children they serve.
