Discovering Amistad

Educational organization providing programming in classrooms + on Connecticut's flagship, the Amistad Discovering Amistad is a nonprofit educational organization the uses its 129ft Freedom schooner as a "floating classroom" to teach the lessons of the 1839 Amistad Uprising to advance racial and social justice today.
