Vestal Dollars for Scholars® is a volunteer-operated scholarship organization with tax-exempt status - affiliated with Scholarship America® - that was established in October 1990 with the sole purpose of awarding scholarships to graduating seniors of varying abilities who reside within the boundaries of the Vestal Central School District.
