THE NATIONAL COUNCIL ON ALCOHOLISM AND DRUG DEPENDENCE OF THE SAN FERNANDO VALLEY(NCADD-SFV) IS A COMMUNITY BASED SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER (SUD)PROGRAM, CERTIFIED BY THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND CONTRACTED WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY TO PROVIDE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT TO INDIVIDUALS SUFFERING FROM ALCOHOL AND DRUG ADDICTION, CONSISTING OF INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP COUNSELING, AND DRUG TESTING.
