Founded in 2007 in memory of Tara Nagel, TARA is a non-profit 501c3, all volunteer group It is the mission of The Animal Rescue Alliance to establish and maintain the ideals of Tara Nagel with regards to the treatment of homeless and unwanted animals.

The mission of Lost dogs Run is to rescue stray animals, attempt to find their owners, and to find "good" permanent homes for them if their owners cannot be located and to provide medical assistance and dog houses and other assistance to pet owners who need assistance in caring for their animals.
