Good Samaritan Ministries spreads a wide net offering shelter, sustenance, and recovery for broken souls abandoned by our society, those ravaged from substance abuse, discarded and homeless, suffering from mental illness, the elderly uncared for, many suffering from Alzheimers, single parents referred to us by the Department of Children and Families threatened with the loss of their children to foster care, inmates released from jails, indigent discharged from local hospitals and mental recovery facilities, those brought to our door by local police, churches and families.

PACH operates the House to Home day shelter in Parkersburg, West Virginia where homeless, marginally housed, and individuals lacking financial resources can receive help in meeting basic daily needs.
