North-Central West Virginia's premiere community concert band The Shinnston Community Band consists of musicians of all ages from across all of NCWV Shinnston Community Band SUMMER REHEARSALS SCHEDULED Rehearsals begin for the Summerr concert season at 7pm in the Lincoln High band room in Shinnston on Tuesday April 15 We are looking to again have three concerts scheduled for the summer.
