Provides Hope and Health for the Uninsured in our community, through acute care and chronic disease management for adults of Greater High Point, age 18-64, who cannot afford health insurance and do not qualify for Medicare and Medicaid THE CLINIC'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE QUALITY ACUTE CARE AND CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT FOR ELIGIBLE ADULTS, AGED 18-64, WHO RESIDE IN ARCHDALE, HIGH POINT, JAMESTOWN, AND TRINITY AND DO NOT QUALIFY FOR ANY FORM OF GOVERNMENT OR PRIVATE INSURANCE.
