Zero Stray Pawject

Zero Stray Pawject's mission is to intervene BEFORE a dog or cat ends up on the street or surrendered To systematically solve the problem of stray dogs and cats by addressing the root causes, such as lack of enforcement of mandatory microchipping laws, low percentage of neutered (owned) dogs and cats in the community, lack of education in children and culture in adults, that collectively lead to dogs and cats ending up on the street.
