Starfish Animal Rescue

Our objective is to save animals. Our mission up to this point has primarily been to rescue dogs from overcrowded kill shelters in Los Angeles and from abuse and neglect on the streets in underprivileged neighborhoods, as well as promote and educate about spay and neuter.
