Our mission is to alleviate poverty in underserved areas of Chicago by fostering employment opportunities and economic growth through providing job training and placement for at-risk and abused females between 14 and 24 and empowering them to overcome their economic, social, and academic challenges while simultaneously encouraging them to embrace their personal strengths and successfully transition into self-sufficiency and financial independence.
