Our mission is to help homeless men and women get off the street and re-enter society with a stable and satisfactory lifestyle by: - Teaching occupational and life skills that will lead to independent living - Training them to deal with medical, psychological, spiritual, and addiction issues - Helping those who are capable to find employment or volunteer their time - Facilitating goal setting and acquisition of financial assistance for residents - Providing shelter including kitchen facilities where they learn to live cooperatively with others - Educating and advocating for the needs of the homeless community.

NAICA's mission is to build and maintain affordable housing, to provide housing mediation and legal representation to area residents to help them become active and contributing citizens, and to provide educational-cultural programs aimed at bringing together the myriad of cultures that make up the Bronx while empowering them to become self-sufficient and improving the quality of life for individuals and families in the Bronx.
