To (1) provide medical care and other vital care to homeless, free-roaming cats and kittens in the community through Tran-Neuter-Return (TNR) services and on-going management of cat colonies; (2) socialize, foster, and adopt out eligible homeless cats and kittens; and (3) respond to community cat requests to provide as-needed medical and veterinary care.
