Plowshare Farm is a lifesharing community where people with diverse capabilities and challenges find Plowshare Farm's mission is to create a community where people of all abilities, including people with developmental challenges, can live, learn and work with others in healthy social relationships based on mutual care and respect; where the values of service, sharing, spiritual nourishment, and recognition of each individual's gifts and contributions offer a model of renewal for the wider society; where stewardship of the land and care for the environment are valued; where families and children can find a balanced lifestyle in which they can flourish; where we promote education and healing through traditional crafts and farm life; and where inclusive community life enables the unfolding of each individual's highest potential.
