The mission of the Barnum Foundation for Life is to improve the quality of life for the children and families we serve through actions that promote change and deepen connections within our community.

A) TO PROVIDE A BOLD AND EFFECTIVE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE TO THE STUDENTS; B) TO INSTILL THE STUDENTS WITH A POWERFUL BELIEF IN THEMSELVES THROUGH THE FOCUS ON LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, INTERCULTURAL UNDERSTANDING, AND THE ACHIEVEMENT OF STATE STANDARDS-BASED ON ACADEMY EXCELLENCE; C) TO HAVE THE STUDENTS LEARN HOW TO SOLVE PROBLEMS, THINK CRITICALLY, AND READ,WRITE AND SPEAK EFFECTIVELY IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH; D) TO SERVE A DIVERSE POPULATION OF STUDENTS, WHOSE FAMILIES ARE INTERESTED IN HELPING THEIR CHILDREN RECEIVE THE BEST EDUCATION THAT IS OFFERED IN THE COMMUNITY OF STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA; E) TO REFLECT A SAFE AND NURTURUNG FAMILY ENVIRONMENT WHERE PARENTS, GUARDIANS, AND STAFF HAVE SHARED ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE EDUCATION OF THE STUDENT; F) TO PROVIDE THE SUPPORT STUDENTS NEED TO FOCUS ON IMPROVING POSITIVE SOCIAL SKILLS, AND ACAEDEMY GROWTH; AND G) TO PROMOTE POSITIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES, WHICH WILL HELP EACH STUDENT, DEVELOP SKILLS NECESSARY TO MAKE POSITIVE LIFESTYLE CHOICES.
