The Lower Town Riverfront Conservancy, a 501(c)3 entity, was formed for the establishment, improvement, operation, maintenance, conservation, and preservation of publicly accessible green space, trails and pathways, and park amenities along 1200 feet of the Huron River known as Broadway Park West.
