The Alliance to End Homelessness is the lead agency for the Cook County Continuum of Care (IL-511) The Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County leads the coordinated response to prevent and end homelessness across all 130 Cook County suburbs located outside the city of Chicago.
