Providing employment, vocational training, and educational opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities - USDA Certified Organic eQuality Farms LLC (eQuality Pathways to Potential) employs a crew of eight adults with developmental disabilities to work at the farm and farmers' markets, as well as providing therapeutic-educational opportunities to 40 individuals.
